Process document

From upload to filed result

  • PDF, Word, plain text, photos — up to 20 MB each
  • Classify → extract the facts → draft → case summary → compliance flags → formatted document, in about 70 seconds
  • Results are filed to the case; low-confidence output lands in Needs review instead of pretending
  • Bulk processing for a backlog: choose a folder of files and let it run

Reads scans and photos

Scanned pages, photos and diagrams

  • Pages with no text layer are read with Claude vision — the crash narrative on a scanned police report, a photographed bill
  • Figures beside real text are described and appended, so nothing in the margins is lost
  • Pages that could not be read are reported, never silently skipped

  • Expected value, demand, settlement and date, costs advanced, fee percentage — per case
  • Realized fees this year and projected fees on open cases, with coverage so a partial picture never reads as the whole
  • Invisible to members: enforced in the database, not just hidden in the interface

  • Self-serve signup and billing — we onboard each firm personally and agree terms in writing
  • Practice areas beyond personal injury — the document types and templates are PI-oriented today
